This package contains 12 (8.5” x 11”)sheets of water soluble stabilizer. You can use as-is to stabilize your design or use it in your printer (ink jet and laser both work) to transfer a design. When you're ready to apply to your fabric, you can cut it to size and then apply like a giant sticker to your fabric. An indispensable tool!
