Because stitchers often use various spots on their hands to push needles through, I find this adjustable thimble to be super helpful. You can wear it on the side of a finger, at the base, at the tip.... you get the idea. For me, this is a supplemental thimble rather than my primary one.
The thimble has tiny hexagonal holes on the surface in order to fix the eye end of the needle tightly. The size can be adjusted according to a finger size.
